How to Create an AhaCreator Influencer Campaign

Welcome to AhaCreator

In this chapter, you’ll learn how to launch an influencer marketing campaign on AhaCreator. It’s the first step in using the platform and the foundation for helping the AI perform at its best on your behalf.

Before we dive in, here’s the workflow in a nutshell:

Create a Campaign → Select Influencers → Review Content → Track Results

You make the key decisions. The AI handles the rest.

In the traditional influencer marketing execution process, teams typically have to manually put together lengthy brand documents, repeatedly outlining the product, key selling points, and target audience. The process is often time-consuming and labor-intensive.

On AhaCreator, this step is significantly simplified.

The campaign creation process consists of four main stages:

Basic Information → Campaign Settings → Preview Influencer Sample Matches → Budget Setup and Results Preview

1. Basic information

Simply enter your product’s website, and our AI will:

  • Pull key details directly from your site

  • Search the web for additional product information

  • And automatically generate a complete brand overview for you

You can then review and fine-tune the generated content, including:

  • Your business logo, name, product type, and benchmark brands
  • A company introduction
  • Core selling points
  • And your target audiences

These details directly power our influencer matching algorithm. Accurate and complete information leads to better matches. Some of these details—such as your logo, brand name, introduction, and key selling points—are also visible to influencers.

You can further enrich your inputs by:

  • Making your introduction comprehensive and specific.

  • Add brand highlights to boost influencer trust and increase collaboration rates.

  • Review and refine your selling points and audience descriptions, clearly defining who you want to reach and what problems your product solves. Be as accurate and comprehensive as possible, as this information is crucial for matching your campaign with the most suitable influencers.

2. Adjusting campaign settings

After your basic information is complete, move on to campaign settings.

Here, AhaCreator will recommend:

  • The best matching mode for your campaign, you can adjust based on your goal and budget.

  • The social media platforms best suited for your campaign

  • The target countries and languages for your audience

You can review these recommendations and adjust as needed. Keeping your selection broad—especially for target countries—helps maximize reach and improve match accuracy.

To make this simple, AhaCreator offers three pre-set country packages:

  • Developed English-speaking markets
  • Developed markets
  • Developed and emerging markets

Choosing the right package allows you to scale efficiently while ensuring strong relevance.

Other important settings include:

  • Post schedule:

choose a fixed publishing timeline if you have specific marketing milestones, or allow influencers to publish their content as soon as it has been reviewed and approved

  • Landing page:

specify where you want the influencer traffic to go—such as your website, a product page, or a dedicated campaign page. The platform will require influencers to guide their audience to click on this link so that views can be effectively converted into website traffic, sign-ups, and other deeper levels of engagement and conversion.

  • Provide Brand Guidelines

To ensure influencer content aligns with your brand and campaign goals, it’s essential to provide clear and detailed brand guidelines. These instructions guide influencers on what to highlight, what to avoid, and how to accurately represent your brand. We highly recommend providing these guidelines at the very beginning when creating your campaign, as making changes later may require additional communication with influencers and could lead to rework or delays. Guidelines may cover campaign brief references link, key features, prohibited words, messaging, hashtags, account tags, website/links, and other instructions such as timing, publishing requirements, or call-to-action placement.

  • Add desired influencer profiles to match with influencers that you exactly want.

  • Advanced options:

  • Upload product demo videos to help influencers understand your product

  • Add reference influencers you like. AhaCreator will use this list to identify and recommend similar influencers for your campaign.

  • Upload a block-list of influencers you don’t want to work with

  • Brand Assets & Explainer video:

  • Share logos, images, videos, templates, and material libraries for influencers to use when creating content.

  • Sensitive files can be uploaded to Brand Assets, as influencers will only gain access once the collaboration is confirmed, ensuring privacy and control.

  • You can also include additional instructions in documents—such as shot lists, specific production requirements—and upload them here as reference links. This ensures influencers clearly understand how to create content that aligns with your brand’s expectations and campaign goals.

3. Previewing influencer matches

Once you have configured your settings, the platform will show you few influencer matches based on your campaign data, t his is just a test match, not the final matching result.

  • If the suggestions are relevant, click Match to confirm them
  • If they are not suitable, click Not a match

If your match rate is below the benchmark, it usually means your campaign info—introduction, selling points, or target audience—needs refining for better matches.

4. Budget and results

The last step is to set your campaign budget. The platform will recommend a budget range, but you can adjust it to fit your goals. Your budget directly defines the scale of your campaign. AhaCreator uses this budget to calculate how many influencers need to be invited, so if you want to reach more influencers and have a broader selection, consider setting a larger budget.

You will also see projected campaign results, including estimated views, clicks, CPM, and CPC across platforms. These projections are generated based on historical performance data combined with your specific campaign settings, giving you a realistic forecast of potential outcomes.

Before launching, you’ll need to verify your work email.

This verification step ensures that campaigns are only created by authorized representatives of the brand, protecting both brands and influencers.

  • If your email domain does not match your brand, you will be asked to upload documentation confirming your authority. Please upload relevant documents such as a business certificate, agency agreement, or other supporting materials.
  • Agencies can also provide a client authorization letter.
  • If you need assistance with documentation or verification, don’t hesitate to contact support@ahacreator.com to speed up the validation process.

Campaign Authorization: After email verification, you’ll be asked to enter your name and sign a digital authorization letter. This authorizes AhaCreator to invite influencers and manage negotiations on your behalf. A signed copy of the authorization letter will also be shared with influencers to confirm campaign legitimacy and trust.
